How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches out to Corruptionbirth Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can contact us about:
- Your experience when calling or contacting Corruptionbirth Tree Service
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
Problems With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work on your property, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please know that Corruptionbirth Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@corruptionbirth.garden and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and then reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
